It then applies your pricing rules - material cost per gram, machine time rate, markup percentage, and any minimum order value you set. The resulting price is shown to the customer instantly without any involvement from you.

MakerCommand integrates directly with Bambu Lab printers - the X1-Carbon, P1S, P1P, A1, and A1 Mini - via the Bambu Cloud API. This gives you live print progress, AMS filament slot information, and automatic order status updates. You can also manage jobs manually for any other printer brand using the print queue.

Yes - on the Farm and Pro plans you can connect any domain you own. Customers visit your domain, see your branding, and complete the entire order without ever seeing any reference to MakerCommand. We provision the SSL certificate automatically. DNS setup is documented and typically takes under 10 minutes.

MakerCommand uses Stripe for all card payments. Customers pay at checkout by debit or credit card before the job is started. Funds are deposited to your Stripe account on the standard Stripe payout schedule. You do not need to invoice anyone or chase payment - ever.

Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features on the plan you choose. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial you can subscribe or your account will be paused until you decide.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from within your account settings. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
